Yes — all items we sell are 100% genuine.
DPUS sources products directly with brands, distributors, agents and retailers across the globe to ensure every item meets brand authenticity standards.

As an outlet retailer, some items may have missing swing tags or arrive without original brand packaging, dust bags, or boxes.

These characteristics are normal for outlet stock and do not affect product authenticity.

6. Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

DPUS provides an estimated tax/duty calculation at checkout, using global import data to give a transparent breakdown before purchase. Duties/taxes are charged at the checkout.


7. What is your returns policy?

UK Customers

Online orders purchased between 21 November and 24 December can be returned via our Returns Portal for a refund, exchange or eGift card until 7 January 2026.

Return requirements:

Items must be new, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging. 

    International

    Due to international logistics, customs processes, and handling costs, most international orders are non-returnable.
    Exceptions may be made if:

    ·        An incorrect item is delivered

    ·        An item arrives damaged

    ·        A product is not as described

    In these cases, customers must provide photographic/video evidence and contact us promptly.

    8. How do I start a return?

    Start your return/exchange via our Returns Portal.

    All UK returns cost £5 via our portal. If you choose an exchange, this amount will be charged via the portal. If you choose a return, £5 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

    After registering a return with our Returns Portal, DPD returns label will be provided to you by email. Your parcel can then be dropped off to your nearest DPD Drop-Off Point (including Post Offices, Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, and other DPD points near you).

    Please allow up to 3 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse for it to be processed. Refunds typically take 3-5 working days to appear in your account, but please allow up to 10 working days.

    9. What if my order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?

    DPUS takes quality control and safe delivery seriously.
    If an order arrives with an issue, you must notify us
    within 7 days of delivery.

    This includes:

    ·        Missing items

    ·        Damaged items

    ·        Incorrect items

    ·        Parcels lost in transit

    We will request supporting evidence (e.g., photos, courier documents) so we can resolve the issue promptly with the courier or fulfilment team.


    10. Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes — DPUS offers electronic gift cards that can be purchased directly from the website.

    Key features:

    Can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is zero

    Delivered instantly via email

    Valid for online purchases

    Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless legally required)

    If a purchase made with a gift card is refunded, the refund is issued as store credit or a replacement gift card.

    13. Do you verify authenticity for brands like C.P. Company?

    Yes.
    The majority of  our C.P. Company products include an official
    Certilogo® tag, allowing you to scan the QR code or enter the code online for instant authentication.

    Because we sell outlet stock, some Certilogo® or brand tags may have a small punch hole or cut — this is completely normal for certain batches of discounted stock and does not impact authenticity. For further information please contact customer services.
