At DPUS Outlet, we aim to make returns and refunds clear, fair, and straightforward. This policy applies to all online purchases made in the United Kingdom.


Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you have ordered an item in error, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our Customer Services team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it, and it must be returned in accordance with our returns process.


How to Make a Return

Customers may return eligible items in the DPUS Portal within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns must be registered through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery
  • Once registered, customers have a further 14 days to send the item back
  • All returns must be received by us within 28 days of delivery

If you are outside the 14-day portal window, you may return your order using a postal service of your choice, provided the item reaches us within 28 days of delivery.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service, as DPUS Outlet cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns on all products, except:

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With all original swing tags attached
  • With the DPUS ‘DO NOT REMOVE’ tag attached

We do not charge a restocking fee.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or
  • Customers may request store credit

Refunds are processed within 10 working days of approval.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange via the Returns Portal.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, an invoice will be issued for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, a partial refund will be issued
  • We do not charge for sending exchange items

Registering an exchange through the portal reserves the replacement item while your return is in progress.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Items sent incorrectly or received damaged are free to return
  • The Returns Portal charges a £5 return fee, deducted from your refund or paid in advance for exchange requests.
    This is the safest return option and automatically notifies our team of your return

In-Store Returns

Online orders may be returned to our physical store, where they will be forwarded to our Ecommerce Team.

  • In-store exchanges are only available by prior agreement
  • Please contact Customer Services before visiting to arrange an in-store exchange

Important Information regarding making an International return.

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” or “Return” on the customs declaration to avoid additional import charges. DPUS will not cover any additional shipping costs or payments incurred when returning items to the UK.

Store purchased items may be returned for an exchange or eGift card (no refunds) within 28 days of purchase.
