We offer various delivery options to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner. For detailed information on our delivery methods, shipping times, and costs, please visit our delivery policy.

UK orders will have two delivery attempts.  DPUS provides tracking information to enable customers to track and manage their delivery date via the courier. After two failed delivery attempts, orders will be returned to store and cancelled. You will receive a refund of your order, minus the delivery fee, and a £5 administration fee.

International orders will have two delivery attempts. DPUS provides tracking information to enable customers to track and manage their delivery date via the courier. After two failed delivery attempts, orders will be returned to store and cancelled. You will receive a refund of your order, minus two times the delivery fees paid (once for outbound delivery, once for return delivery). If a customer denies payment to the courier for delivery duties and taxes, the order will be returned to store and cancelled. You will receive a refund of your order, minus two times the delivery fees paid (once for outbound delivery, once for return delivery).

The delivery address cannot be changed for an order already in transit.

13. Purchases

13.1 Condition of Items Purchased

DPUS is an outlet store, and all items sold by DPUS are new. We cannot guarantee items are sold with their original branded packaging, or come with their original branded tag. Additionally, minor imperfections to branded price tags or packaging, may be present on some items. DPUS strives to reflect these conditions in our competitive pricing, ensuring customers receive quality products at competitive prices.

C.P Company uses Certilogo® technology (a QR code) to verify the authenticity of their products. DPUS products from C.P Company have a small hole punch or cut into the Certilogo® tags.

13.1. VAT

13.1.1 UK Orders

UK VAT is collected on orders delivered to the UK (Standard VAT rate is 20%). VAT paid is printed the receipt (for in-store purchases) or order confirmation emails.

13.1.2. International Orders

UK VAT is not collected on orders delivered to any address outside of the UK. DPUS, in collaboration with DHL Duty & Tax Calculator, provides a best estimate of local mport tax and duties at the time of purchase. The final amount determined by the authorities in the destination country may differ from this estimate. Local import taxes and duties can be paid by the customer at the time of purchase (to DPUS) or during delivery (to the courier). If customers choose to pay local mport tax and duties at the time of purchase, DPUS assumes responsibility for paying local taxes and duties. Otherwise, the customer assumes responsibility for paying local taxes and duties.  

 

14. Returns and Refunds

International orders are not eligible for return unless the customer can provide reasonable evidence that the item delivered is in breach of these terms and conditions.

UK orders are eligible for return, provided the returned item/s is reach our returns address within 14-days of the date of delivery to the receipient, and that the returned item/s are still new and unues, with tags attached, and with all branded/DPUS packaging provided.

In the event that an online order is lost, damaged in transit, or if an item is missing from the order, the receipient must declare this to DPUS within 5 days of the delivery date, and complete a claims form. Failure to submit the claims form within this time frame may result in the denial of your claim.

 

15. DPUS Gift Cards

By purchasing, using, or accepting a DPUS gift card (both eGift cards and physical gift cards), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

15.1. Gift Card Types

DPUS offers two types of gift cards:

a) eGift Cards: These are digital and will be delivered via email. They are not physical cards. eGift Cards can only be purchased online via our official website.

b) Gift Cards: These are physical gift cards and can only be purchased in-store at DPUS retail locations.

 

15.2. Redemption

DPUS gift cards (both eGift and physical) can be redeemed:

a. Online: At our official website, using the code provided on the eGift card or the physical card.

b. In-Store: At any DPUS retail location. Simply present the physical card or show the eGift card code on your device at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are not redeemable during DPUS Sale Events at pop-up locations.

 

15.3. Validity

Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be redeemed.

 

15.4. Balance and Usage

a. Gift cards can be used in multiple transactions until the total balance has been spent or the card expires.

b. The current balance can be checked by contacting our customer service team via info@dpusoutlet.com.

c. No additional fees apply to gift card purchases or usage.

d. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

e. Purchases made with gift cards are subject to the same terms as all other transactions at DPUS.

 

15.5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

a. DPUS is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a gift card once issued.

b. Physical Gift Cards: lost or stolen physical gift cards may be exchanged for an eGift card, provided the original purchaser can provide proof of purchase and valid identification. The original gift-card will be cancelled. DPUS reserves the right to refuse or deny any such request at its discretion.

15.6. Refunds and Exchanges

a. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.

b. If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit.

 

15.7. Fraud

DPUS reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and associated orders for suspicion of fraud, unauthorised use, or violation of these terms and conditions.

 

15.8. Modification of Terms

DPUS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to gift cards purchased thereafter.

 

15.9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
