We are committed to delivering every order securely, efficiently, and with the level of care expected when purchasing luxury designer items.

Order Processing

UK Orders
UK orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders received by 23:59 PM will be dispatched the following business day. We ship Monday to Friday.

Non-UK Orders
Non-UK orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Should this occur, we will notify you accordingly.

Delivery Times & Shipping Options

United Kingdom

-Standard Shipping: £5 — delivery any time the following day (Monday–Friday only)
-AM Delivery: £7 — delivery before midday the following day (Monday–Friday only). Available only for addresses in mainland England, Scotland, and Wales
-Free Shipping: Orders over £200 — standard delivery included

DPD Pick Up Point / Ship to Shop (UK Only)

Convenient Pickup, Lower Emissions

We aim for your order to arrive at your selected DPD Pick Up Point within 2–3 working days of order placement, including weekends. This option allows your order to be delivered to a secure local collection point of your choice instead of a home address.

At checkout, you can choose from thousands of DPD collection points nationwide, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and Post Offices. Your order will be held securely for 7 days until collected.

Choosing pickup helps reduce delivery emissions and ensures you never miss a delivery.

Important:

-This service is only available for orders under £250
-A QR code will be sent to the mobile number provided at checkout
-The QR code is required for collection
-A valid and accurate mobile number must be provided

International Orders

-DHL Express Delivery: 5–7 working days from £37
(Actual cost is calculated and displayed at checkout)

All international orders are shipped using DHL’s tracked and signed delivery service.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. Not going to be in? You can manage your delivery directly with DHL using your tracking number to reschedule or update delivery preferences.

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

-Destination
-Shipping method selected
-Order value

All charges are clearly displayed before purchase completion.

Orders & Security

UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped using DPD’s secure PIN code delivery service, unless DPD Pick Up Point is selected. Once dispatched, a one-time PIN code is sent to the mobile number provided at checkout. This PIN must be presented to the courier to complete delivery.

Customers are responsible for managing their own deliveries.
Not going to be in? No worries — you can change the delivery date by entering your DPD tracking number in the DPD app.

Please note: DPD are unable to leave parcels in a “safe place.” If no one is available to receive the delivery and provide the required PIN, DPD will reschedule the delivery.

It is essential that customers provide a valid and accurate mobile number. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact details.

International Orders
International shipments are sent via DHL tracked and signed delivery. A valid mobile number is required, as DHL uses this information for delivery updates and notifications.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if delivery or security requirements cannot be met.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are applied by DHL at checkout and included in the shipping cost. These charges ensure compliance with local import regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dpusoutlet.com.

Claims for missing shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or returned orders caused by incorrect delivery details and reserve the right to pass on any fees that arise from failed/returned deliveries, due to incorrect mobile numbers.  Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Returns & Shipping

Eligible returns should be registered within 14 days of delivery via our website Returns Portal and reach back to us within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
-International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping
-Returned parcels must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
-DPUS cannot cover duties or fees incurred on returns
