This down vest does things differently. Made from a single layer of light stretch nylon, the fabric is woven in a way that forms the feather compartments right on the loom—no stitching, no bulk. That means a cleaner look and better hold on the down. The padding is direct-injected with high-quality feathers that are specially treated to handle garment dyeing without losing loft. It’s finished with a smooth, even color and a light water-resistant treatment to handle unpredictable weather.
