Online Orders Delivered Within the UK
Return Policy
Online orders can be returned for a refund, exchange, or eGift card, as long as you start your return within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once you begin a return through our Returns Portal, you have an additional 14 days to use your returns label.
Items must be:
- New and unused
- Returned with original tags attached
- In original packaging
Exchanges
- Exchange orders are shipped with free express delivery
How to Make a UK Return

- All UK returns cost £5 through the portal.
- For exchanges: £5 is charged during the process
- For refunds: £5 is deducted from your final refund
- After registering your return, you’ll receive a DPD return label by email.
- Drop your parcel at any DPD Drop-Off Point (including Post Offices, supermarkets, convenience stores, or other DPD locations).
Processing Times
- Please allow up to 3 working days from the date your parcel reaches our warehouse.
- Refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days, but may take up to 10 working days.
Online Orders Delivered Internationally
Return Policy
International orders can be returned for a refund or eGift card.
- You must start your return within 14 days of delivery via our Returns Portal.
- Once registered, your return must be dispatched within 14 days.
- Items must be new, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
- International returns must be self-organised and paid for by the customer.
- DPUS is not liable for refunding, recovering, or paying import/export duties or taxes.
- Your outbound shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Rejected Parcels
If you opted to pay duties & taxes during transit instead of at checkout, and later reject the parcel:
- The parcel will be returned to our store
- Your order will be cancelled
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund

- Arrange and pay for your own return shipping.
- Mark your parcel clearly as a return to avoid additional customs charges.

- Processing may take up to 3 working days once we receive your parcel.

Returning Store-Bought Purchases
Standard In-Store Policy
Store-bought items can be returned for an exchange or eGift card (no refunds) within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In perfect saleable condition
- With original tags and packaging
Requirements
- A valid receipt is required for all store returns
- Returns must be made in-store
