DPUS exists to make luxury fashion more accessible — without compromising on quality or authenticity. With our flagship store in London and a strong online presence, we offer over 100 luxury designer brands at standout prices all year round. You’ll find current-season pieces at 10–30% below RRP and previous-season styles with savings of up to 70% off

We source most of our products directly from brands and their authorised distributors across the UK and Europe, with selected items coming from trusted international retailers. It’s luxury shopping, done smarter.


Are your products authentic?

Always. Everything we sell is 100% authentic and genuine.

We never buy from the public — our stock comes directly from brands, licensed distributors, and authorised agencies. As an outlet retailer, some items may arrive without swing tags or original brand packaging, but this is completely normal and never affects authenticity.

Shipping

What is your UK shipping policy?

We deliver across the UK using DPD’s secure PIN-code delivery service.

Processing time:
Orders are prepared within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday). During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you informed.

Delivery options:

-Standard Delivery (£5): Next working day

-AM Delivery (£7): Before midday next working day (mainland UK only)

-Free Standard Delivery: On orders over £200

Do you offer DPD Pick Up Point delivery?

Yes — simply select DPD Pick Up Point at checkout.

-Delivered in 2–3 working days

-Held securely for 7 days

-Available on orders under £250

-A QR code will be sent to your mobile and is required for collection

It’s convenient, secure, and a lower-emissions option.

Is UK delivery secure?

Absolutely. All UK home deliveries require a PIN-Code, sent to your mobile number. This PIN must be provided to the courier — parcels can’t be left unattended.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch email with full tracking details.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We do. We ship to the EU and destinations worldwide, with shipping options and costs clearly shown at checkout.

Processing time:
International orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery time:

DHL Express: Typically 5–7 working days
All international deliveries are fully tracked and require a signature.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes — all duties and import taxes are calculated and included at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

What if my international order is delayed or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@dpusoutlet.com. Any missing shipment must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Online orders:

-Returns must be registered via our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery

-Items must reach us within 28 days

-Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition

If you miss the portal window, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

UK returns:

-£5 via our Returns Portal

-Exchanges are sent free of charge

-£5 is deducted from refunds

International returns:

-Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

-Items must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods”

-Duties and fees on returns cannot be covered by DPUS

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to make a change, email info@dpusoutlet.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled or amended before they’re dispatched.


What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take this seriously. If there’s an issue, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and email info@dpusoutlet.com with supporting photos or details so we can resolve it quickly.


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — we offer digital gift cards delivered instantly by email.

-Can be used across multiple purchases

-Valid online only

-Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash (unless legally required)

Refunds on gift card purchases are issued as store credit or replacement gift cards.


The item I bought is now on sale — can I get a refund?

We’re unable to refund the price difference if an item is later reduced. However, you’re welcome to return the item (subject to our returns policy) and place a new order at the reduced price.
