Orders take 1-3 working days to process, and are posted via a next-day delivery service. Therefore, you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-4 working day delivery service. *Working days is Monday-Friday only*

We expedite deliveries close to Christmas. Order by 11am on Sunday 22nd December to guarantee delivery to mainland UK in time for Christmas. Your order will be delivered by 12 noon on 24th December.

    How does PIN code delivery work? Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we’ve joined forces with DPD, and use their tracked PIN Code delivery service. This helps to protect your parcels and curb fraudulent activities.

    DPD will send your unique 4-digit PIN code to the number provided with your order. When the driver arrives, you will be asked to provide this PIN before they hand over the parcel. Without this PIN the delivery cannot be completed.

    Not going to be in? No worries – you can change your delivery for another day (Monday-Friday). Manage your delivery on DPD using your tracking number.

    Click & Collect in-store: If you would like to request an in-store collection, please call or email us. When collecting your order, you'll need to present your proof of purchase confirmation email and a form of ID that matches the order details. Please note, this option is not available for customers who paid via PayPal.

     

    Returns Info (Online Orders)

    Standard policy: UK returns within 14 days. International orders cannot be returned.

    Christmas Returns: items purchased online can be returned for a refund, exchange, or eGift Card, from Thursday 21st November 2024 until Sunday 5th January 2025.

    • Items must be returned unworn, with original tags attached, in perfect saleable condition, and within their original packaging
    • Customers must pay for return shipping costs.
    • Delivery of exchange items is free/complementary.

      HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

      Return your item either in-store or by post

      STEP 1: Complete the Returns Slip: Fill out the returns slip provided with your order. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us to reserve the replacement item.
      STEP 2: Package Your Return: Securely package your return and address it to.

      STEP 3: Arrange and pay for postage back to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot refund or exchange items lost in transit.

      Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your return reaches our warehouse for it to be processed and funds to return to your account.

       

      Returns Info (Store Purchases)

      Standard Policy: store-bought items can be returned for an exchange or eGift Card (no refunds) within 28 days of purchase.

      Christmas Returns: items purchased in-store can be returned for an exchange or eGift Card (no refunds) from Thursday 21st November 2024 until Sunday 5th January 2025.

      • Items must be returned unworn, with original tags attached, in perfect saleable condition, and within their original packaging
      • Returns must be made in-store.
